Day 2, Part 1: Six Flags Kentuck Kingdom

Left Cinci at 7:00 to arrive in time for KK's opening. Figured I would hit Twisted Sisters and be on my way to Holiday World. Walked in, again free admission with my SF Season Pass, and headed over to Twisted Sisters. Kentucky Kingdom is easily the worst layed out park I've visited. It takes forever to get to the other side of the park because of having to go over the ONE bridge connecting the two sides. Anyway, I get over the bridge, and a park employee tells me that this section of the park is closed until 11:00 because of an ACE event. Crap, I forgot completely about that. So I'm in ACE, but my club is messing up my quick-hit plans. Oh well. Rode the big drop ride, very cool, rode the new wild mouse, waited around.

Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom

Road Runner Express (, 1 out of 4)

An overbraked and underwhelming wild mouse ride. They should take a look at Hersheypark's new wild mouse to see the proper way to run one of these.

Twisted Sisters (, 2 out of 4)

Didn't get to ride this until 11:30, front seat. Those damn Gerstlauer trains again! Nice ride, nothing really special. The park was only running one side, so didn't get the dueling aspect to heighten the experience. Didn't get much air.
